VIP support was founded by a group of experienced professionals who have felt first hand the difficulty of supporting family members with chronic health conditions. We each found our own paths, but thought that things didn’t need to be as challenging we ourselves experienced.
In time, we decided to do something about this and formed our own company. We try our best to take a patient and considered approach to meet your needs. This starts by trying to understand your situation, so that we can best match you to whichever of our support staff is best able to meet their needs. We believe you need to be comfortable with your support worker and will make effort to make sure you are treated with compassion and patience.
